About Gema Peralta Mendoza

I am an artist from Ecuador, currently living in Valencia, Spain. As a passionate lover of history, I find inspiration in the symbolic memory of ancient cultures and the emotional traces left by time. My work connects personal experiences with spiritual and natural elements, using layered textures, vibrant colors, and expressive, organic forms.

Painting allows me to express what words often cannot: the intimate, the courageous, the fragile, and the sacred. Each piece reflects inner landscapes and the beauty found in everyday moments, shaped by both personal experience and historical reflection.

Currently, I create from my studio in Valencia, where I continue to grow my practice and participate in collective projects.
